NTF COVID-19 RELIEF REHABILITATION FUND CAMPAIGN - with a focus on WOMEN & CHILDREN IN INDIA- Providing MEDICAL EMERGENCIES - FOOD & LIVELIHOODS
Donate for Medical Emergencies – Food – Hygiene Kits with a focus on the health and safety of women and children across India. Since day one of the first phases of lockdown, No Tears Foundation has provided over 1 lac kit of ration and hygiene kits to daily wage earners and migrants from the states of New Delhi, Haryana, Assam, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Telangana, West Bengal, Daman & Diu, and Punjab. The kit contains basic amenities such as Atta, Pulses, Spices, Cooking Oil, masks, and Soaps which will be distributed beyond the lockdown period to ensure the well-being of migrants during the testing times.
With the resurgence of COVID-19 lockdown fears and livelihood insecurity, we have started seeing the exodus of migrants and their concerns at their native home villages where the burden is increasing by the day.
As we continue our focussed work for COVID-19 migrant and vulnerable families, especially the children and women, we are working to ensure food and health as the first priorities and create an interim safety net for the most vulnerable.
Your generous support in the past has helped thousands of families live through the uncertainties. We need your help again to help those in need timely and urgently.
Over 49,400 families across 13 states were supported with weekly and monthly ration kits, masks, and hygiene products. During the COVID-19 Relief and Rehabilitation, our impact has impacted across India and the 13 of most affected states of India.
The efforts are supported by various partners and individuals who have come forward for those grappling with limited or no access to essential items, including food, for their families.
