Refund Policy​

1. Donations Are Final & Non-Refundable

No Tears Foundation operates as a charitable organization, and all donations made to us are voluntary contributions intended to support welfare activities. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:

• Donations are given willingly and without any expectation of a refund.

• Once processed, donations cannot be refunded, canceled, or reversed under any circumstances.

2. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Since donations are not payments for goods or services, chargebacks are considered a misuse of financial systems.

• If a donor files a chargeback, we will submit proof (such as donor confirmation emails and transaction records) to contest the dispute.

• Repeated chargeback attempts may result in the donor being blacklisted from making future contributions.

3. Donor Confirmation & Agreement

To prevent misunderstandings, all donors:

• Must provide explicit confirmation that they are making a voluntary, non-refundable donation.

• Will receive an official receipt confirming their donation for record-keeping.

• Agree that any attempt to claim a refund after donation is not valid.

4. Fraud Prevention Measures

To protect against fraudulent claims, we may:

• Verify donor identity through government-issued ID (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).

• Require email or written confirmation before accepting high-value donations.

• Report fraudulent disputes to relevant financial and legal authorities.
